Person Wanted for Questioning in Ongoing Criminal Investigation

The Maui Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted for questioning in an ongoing criminal investigation.

Police did not specify the nature of the investigation, but say they are looking for 36-year-old Waylon Santos.

Santos is described as 6’2″, weighing 270 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Maui police at (808) 244-6400, Crime Stoppers at (808) 242-6966, or call 911 if it is an emergency.

Maui Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of people responsible for felony crimes; the recovery of stolen property or seizure of illegal drugs in felony cases; or the capture of felony fugitives.
