North: Many spots are expected to be waist/chest high today. Some spots may get up to shoulder/head high on the sets early in the day.

South: Wave heights are waist high today with the best breaks bringing in shoulder high waves on the sets.

Screen Shot 2016-03-14 at 8.13.21 PMOur current south-southwest bump is holding through Tuesday. A new swell is expected for Friday and into the weekend.

Later this week a north-northeast swell is expected to fill in. For now, it looks like it will build in Wednesday and Thursday and the period will become longer from Friday into Saturday.

Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
