Free Upcountry Youth Speed & Agility Clinic at Kekaulike H.S.

Every Saturday for the next month — through May 14 — there will be a free Upcountry Youth Speed & Agility Clinic at King Kekaulike High School Stadium.

The clinic is conducted by the Kekaulike football coaches, but it is open to athletes in other sports.

“The main focus is to develop our kids speed and agility,” said King Kekaulike coach Tyson Valle. “It’s free and our goal is to develop our Upcountry kids in all sports, no matter what Upcountry school they may attend.”

Girls and boys between 5th through 8th grades are welcome. The clinic starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 10 a.m. First-time participants should have a copy of their physical. Shoes is mandatory and athletes are encouraged to bring their own water.
