Maui Surf Forecast
North: Wave heights are expected to be around waist high.
West: Surf is ankle/knee high today. The best breaks could get up to chest/shoulder high on the sets out of the south-southwest.
South: Surf is around waist high today. The best breaks could get up to chest/shoulder high on the sets.
Only small southerly pulses are expected. A new southerly swell is expected for around July 31st and into the first week of August.
Darby swell is expected to fade out completely with trade swell being your best bet for windward exposures today. Frank & Georgette are not likely to send significant swell to the Hawaiian Islands.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
