The Maui Arts & Cultural Center presents Solo Sessions with Lisa Loeb and special guest Maui’s own, Gail Swanson on Saturday, Aug. 6, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. at the McCoy Studio Theater.

Savvy, Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter, Lisa Loeb, is well-known for her engaging style and lyrical melodies, including “I Do,” “Nine Stories – Do You Sleep?” and others.

She started her career with the platinum hit, “Stay (I Missed You)” … and has parlayed that early success into a multidimensional career encompassing music, film, television, voice-over work, and children’s recordings.

In 1994, when Lisa Loeb’s breakout song, “Stay (I Missed You),” landed at #1 on the charts, it was a remarkable and unparalleled feat for an unsigned artist.  “The song still resonates with people today, and is a testament to Loeb’s gift as a songwriter and storyteller,” a concert announcement read.

Tickets are: $30, $45, $65 (plus applicable fees).  Tickets are available by calling (808) 242-SHOW (7469) or visiting MauiArts.org.

A pre-show dining menu is also available in the McCoy Courtyard at 5:30 p.m.
