A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the Farm Salad, which is made entirely of Maui-grown products, were donated to this program to support Maui agriculture.

“We are so proud to be able to give back to the Maui farming community” said John Brans, Duke’s Beach House Safety Manager. “Through the Duke’s Beach House Legacy of Aloha Program, we are able to partner with Localicious Maui, supporting Maui agriculture and helping to perpetuate locally grown food for future generations.”

Throughout the rest of 2016, Duke’s Beach House will donate a portion of the proceeds on a featured salad, made with Maui grown produce, to Localicious Maui. The featured salad will be denoted by the “Growing Future Farmers” logo on the menu.
