A few of Maui’s top chefs and the Hui No’eau will team up on Friday, Nov. 18 to create the finest in taste – food, wine, and art.

Join the celebration at Hotel Wailea from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. for an evening of excellent cuisine and fine wines by nationally acclaimed vintners.

The event brings the community together to learn more about the important educational opportunities the Hui provides for the community each year.

Wine and dine with friends while raising funds to benefit the Hui’s Open Studio programs at this year’s Hui No’eau Wailea Food & Wine Celebration.

Standard tickets are available for $150 ($75 tax deductible) and Premium tickets are available for $250 ($170 tax deductible). Premium tables of 8 are available and include reserved seating, table service and more.

  • Private dinner for 10 with Chef Sheldon of Tin Roof at the Hui!

Enjoy a very special dinner for 10 in the Hui gallery with the award winning Chef Sheldon Simeon of the new Tin Roof (past chef of Migrant Restaurant and Star Noodle). Chef Sheldon is influenced by island flavors, his grandma’s cooking, and Hawai‘i Regional Cuisine and has grown to be a nationally respected chef.

  • Custom Heart Shaped Ceylon Blue Sapphire Ring

One-of-a-kind, 18K yellow gold ring by Maui goldsmith David L. Welty, with 2.44ct. bezel set, heart shaped, beautiful Ceylon blue sapphire cabochon. Four channel set round, full cut, VS-F, diamonds, T.W.=.18ct., accent the sapphire. The contrasting texture on the ring shank is added with a special diamond tool to give this piece a very unique contrast. Piece is hallmarked with David’s stamp, 18K and Maui.
