Maui Surf Forecast
North: Wave heights are expected to be overhead with the best exposures up to double overhead or more today.
West: Surf is waist high today or less. Spots catching the wrap will be bigger.
South: Surf is waist high today or less.
Multiple pulses of swell energy out of the northwest are expected for this week. The first pulse is filling in into Wednesday. A bigger swell is forecast to build Wednesday into Thursday with another pulse expected Friday and into the weekend.
Nothing significant is expected out of the SPAC with minimal southern hemisphere swell around waist high or less today.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
