Maui Surf Forecast
North: Waist/shoulder high surf is expected today. The best breaks could get up to head high on the sets at the best breaks.
West: Surf is basically flat today. Northwest Maui will be a bit bigger but not as big as direct exposures.
South: Surf is basically flat today.
Our current northwest fades and should be down to leftovers by Thursday afternoon. Trade swell is expected to stay elevated all week. The next northwest will build Friday and Saturday and begin fading Saturday into Sunday.
Nothing significant is expected out of the SPAC this week. A southwest swell is expected to build Sunday.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
