Maui Surf Forecast
North: Head high or more surf is expected today in the morning. The best breaks could get up to overhead on the sets. By afternoon an easing trend is expected.
West: Surf is basically flat today. Northwest Maui will be a bit bigger but not as big as direct exposures.
South: Surf is basically flat today.
Trade swell is expected to stay elevated all weekend. Our current northwest will continue to build into Saturday morning and begin fading Saturday into Sunday. Models are showing more activity in the western Pacific for the rest of November and early December. Will keep an eye on the situation.
Nothing significant is expected out of the SPAC this week. A southwest swell is expected to build Sunday.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
