Chad Takatsugi
Multiple Nā Hōkū Hanohano Winner Chad Takatsugi performs on Maui this Saturday night, Jan. 28, at the McCoy Studio Theater at 7:30 p.m.
The Maui Arts & Cultural Center presents Takatsugi who continues his legacy as an accomplished composer, musician and leo of Hawaiian music.
He will share the evening with some special guests all of whom will share a collection of mele past and present. The evening will also include special guests: Keauhou’s Zachary Lum; Glenn Mayeda; Ikaika Blackburn; Lisa Takatsugi; and four Maui Hālau Hula.

Tagatsugi earned his accolades last year for his solo album Ahuwale.
Tickets are $30 plus applicable fees and are available at the MACC Box Office at 242-SHOW or online at MauiArts.org.
