Longer Happy Hour & February Events at Down the Hatch

Down the Hatch in Lāhainā is now touting the longest happy hour on Maui, between 2 and 6 p.m. daily.  Its happy hour features 20% off all appetizers, $5 Hawaiian cocktails, $4 well cocktails & $3 select draft beers!

The restaurant at 658 Front Street, known as “a place to eat fish,” is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. for lunch, dinner and late-night activities, with a kitchen that doesn’t close until midnight. Down the Hatch aims to have something happening every day, whether midday live music, a late-night DJ or a fun theme party, and strives to have fun entertainment for locals and visitors in the only outdoor bar in Lāhainā.

Next door, Down the Hatch’s sister business, Breakwall Shave Ice Co., is now serving Adult Shave Ice (with alcohol) for $5 during Happy Hour, 2 to 6 p.m. Breakwall Shave Ice Co. also features traditional Hawaiian Shave Ice, Acai Bowls, Smoothies, and Cold Pressed Coffee. It’s open daily between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.
