Aloha Sir,

Q: Would it be possible to get a dog park for Ha‘ikū residents? We have three rescued dogs that we have to drive to Makawao, Kahului and even Wailea to use the dog parks. What about making a dog park at the Fourth Marine Division Memorial Park (Giggle Hill Park)?

A: Although there are no current plans for a dog park at Fourth Marine Park in Ha‘ikū, we would certainly be open to receiving a formal request from the community to consider creating one.
