The Realtors Association of Maui recently released their monthly real estate statistics for the month of March.
The most noticeable difference was the median single family home price increasing to $769,000, the highest it’s ever been. That’s $96,425 more than February’s median and $157,500 more than the median from the same time last year. Although 38 more homes were sold in March than in February, which helped increase the median price, only two more homes were sold in March 2017 compared to March 2016.
According to RAM data from Jan. 1 through March 31, 2017, a total of 230 single family homes have been sold on Maui for a current year-to-date median of $699,000.
Whether you’re looking to live near the beach, Upcountry or on a secluded big slab of land in Hāna, here is what a median price of $769K can get you around Maui County. The following homes all range from $715,000 to $798,000.
