Chef Dan Vesey, formerly Chef de Cuisine at the award-winning “Riverhorse on Main” in Park City, Utah, is the mastermind behind the new menu.

Hawaiʻi’s unique ingredients are used to create dishes on a menu featuring fresh local seafood and produce, quality meats and vegetarian options.

“Our goal is to offer a wonderful dining experience, while serving food that genuinely makes people happy and showcases the variety of ingredients that the island has to offer”, says Koa 156° Executive Chef Dan Vesey.

The Breakfast menu includes local favorite dishes such as Macadamia Nut Pancakes and the Loco Moco, as well as classic breakfast dishes. Lunch favorites will include daily catch Fish Tacos and Short Ribs Grilled Cheese and the Dinner menu will feature a large variety of dishes that are all perfectly prepared with Hawaiʻi’s best produce.

Partners Seth Adams and Bryce Sorenson came up with the name Koa 156° to exalt the restaurant’s unique location. The duo says that the name Koa 156° celebrates Maui and the Island’s breathtaking natural beauty.

The restaurant has launched a brand new website earlier this week with information about their new concept and menus, as well as pictures of their most popular dishes, information about private events, online reservation and more.
