The Realtors Association of Maui recently released their monthly real estate statistics for the month of April.
The most noticeable difference was the median single family home price decreasing to $671,000, a difference of $98,000 from the previous month and close to the $665K median single family home price from the same time last year. Six less homes were sold in April than in March and three less homes were sold in April 2017 compared to April 2016.
According to RAM data from Jan. 1 through April 30, 2017, a total of 329 single family homes have been sold on Maui for a current year-to-date median of $685,000.
