No significant swells are expected this week out of the south but some background swell will keep conditions from being completely flat. A modest new pulse of south-southwest filled in yesterday, with another small pulse expected for the weekend.

Trade winds are picking back up and east swell will rise as a result. Small Craft Advisory conditions are occurring in our coastal waters.

Leftovers of old north-northwest swell is fading through the rest of the work week becoming pretty flat by the weekend.

Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
