Hale Makua Health Services Hires New CFO
Hale Makua Health Services has announced Scott Devore as the new Chief Financial Officer, replacing outgoing CFO Joyce Tamori.
Devore brings 20 years of experience in accounting and finance in a variety of industries and has a Bachelor in Business Administration in Accounting and a MBA in Strategic Management.
Prior to joining Hale Makua, he worked as CFO at Cline Hose & Hydraulics where he overlooked all human resources, information technology, purchasing, accounting and finance functions. Most recently he was Plant Controller of the Fort Dearborn Company where he was responsible for all plant accounting, finance and purchasing activities.
As CFO at HMHS, Devore will provide oversight of the admissions, business office, health information management, information technology, and purchasing departments. In addition, he will be responsible for all financial activities that affect the organization including accounting, resident and client business services, and reporting on the past, present and future financial condition of the organization.
