Four agents from Wailea Realty Corp. A Boutique of Windermere were among those honored at Hawai‘i Business Magazine’s 12th Annual Top 100 Realtors Awards gala at the Royal Hawaiian Resort on Friday, June 1.

The four honorees include Realtor-Broker Lydia Pedro, Realtor-Salesperson Roger Pleski and Wailea Realty Corp. A Boutique of Windermere co-owners and Realtor-Brokers Brad MacArthur and Tom Tezak.

Every year, Hawai‘i Business Magazine publishes a list of the state’s Top 100 Realtors, known as the gold standard in identifying the highest producers in Hawai‘i’s residential real estate industry. The Hawai‘i Business Top 100 Realtors list ranks agents based on transactions that closed statewide the previous year. The list is compiled from sales information agents input into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database on each island. The Realtors Association of Maui, Honolulu Board of Realtors, and Hawai‘i Information Services store these numbers, and in January, Hawai‘i Business sends the numbers to Spire Hawaii LLP, a Honolulu-based accounting firm, to compile the annual list.

The Hawai‘i Business Top 100 Realtors list also ranks the leaders in transactions and vacant-land sales, as well as the top real estate companies. This year, Wailea Realty Corp. A Boutique of Windermere was recognized as one of Hawai‘i’s top 25 real estate companies by total sales, and one of the top 25 real estate companies by transactions.

“We are grateful to our clients for their trust and confidence,” said MacArthur. “It is an honor to be included among such a highly respected group of industry professionals.”

Founded in 1972 as Wailea Realty Corp., Wailea Realty Corp. A Boutique of Windermere holds the distinction of having the largest market share of any real estate company in the Wailea resort district; it currently represents 25 percent of all home sales in the area and has sold more than $2 billion worth of properties in Wailea Resort. Wailea Realty Corp. joined forces with Windermere Real Estate in 2016, and the boutique affiliation led to the opening of Windermere Maui in Kihei. Headquartered in the The Shops at Wailea, Wailea Realty Corp. A Boutique of Windermere has a highly skilled staff of 40 agents who consistently deliver an outstanding level of service to their clients.

“All of our agents and administrative staff members contribute to our company’s success,” said Tezak. “I’m very proud to be a part of such a dynamic team.”
