Demolition of the former Maui Prince Hotel structure at the Mākena Golf & Beach Club continues.

The removal of the seven-story former hotel began in June and completion is estimated in December.

The 310-room hotel closed in July of 2016 to make way for the new residences.

Principal construction of the residences on the 24-acre site began in May of 2017.
