Jersey Mike’s Subs, a fast-casual sub sandwich franchise, opened its seventh Hawaiʻi location and second on Maui today at 140 Hoʻokele Street in Kahului.

Franchise owner Alvaro Garcia is holding a grand opening fundraiser from Wednesday, Aug. 1 to Sunday, Aug. 5, 2018 to support American Red Cross. The store will be allocating the funds to the families of those impacted by the eruption on the Big Island.

The new restaurant began circulating 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 amount contribution to American Red Cross. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.
