Doris Todd Christian Academy will hold its third annual 7.25-mile North Shore Run and scholarship fundraiser on Sept. 29, 2018, starting at 7 a.m. at the school in Pā‘ia.

Participants can enter as individuals in male and female age categories, or as four-member relay teams.

The race will start at Doris Todd Christian Academy and proceed up Baldwin Avenue to Holomua Avenue, then on to Hāna Highway close to Ho‘okipa Beach Park and Mama’s Fish House.

Runners will then proceed down Hāna Highway toward Pā‘ia Town and take the left turn at Baldwin Avenue to the finish back at Doris Todd school.

Hydration stations will be available along the way.

The entry fee for individuals runners is $40 until Sept. 8 and $50 thereafter, up to the day of the race.

The entry fee for relay teams of four is $100.

Medals will be awarded to the top individual runners in the following categories: top male and top female in each of the following age groups: 18 and under, 19 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over, as well as the top relay team.

All proceeds go to DTCA Scholarship Fund.
