Free Nutrition Workshop for Maui’s Cancer Community, Sept. 11

Pacific Cancer Foundation offers a free nutrition workshop for Maui’s cancer community on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m at the J. Walter Cameron Center in Wailuku.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Sally Pechstein, along with the PCF ‘Ohana will provide lessons on how to create easy-to-cook healthy meals. In addition, they will provide informational guidance to dispel the myth that eating healthy takes too much time.

The workshop aims to reduce cooking time and will provide free healthy recipes to its participants. The event organizers also advise participants on favorite tips and tricks to make cooking health easier.

The Pacific Cancer Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing free support services for Maui’s cancer community.
