Haʻikū Roadwork May Cause Traffic Delays

Roadwork in Haʻikū that was delayed due to weather will resume Monday, Sept. 10 along Awalau Road from the half mile mark to Kaupakalua Road.
Workers will be resurfacing, leveling, and overlaying roads from Sept. 10-28, 2018, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Roadwork will not occur on weekends or on holidays.
Area residents who will have limited access to and from properties within the work zone will be notified directly.
During work hours motorists are asked to be attentive, have patience and anticipate delays.
