Three new doctors recently joined Kaiser Permanenteʻs Maui locations. The new doctors include Zachary Thielen, who practices orthopaedics at the Wailuku Medical Office, Christopher Chung, a hospitalist at Maui Memorial Medical Center, and Robert Kawa, who joined the family medicine department at the Maui Lani Medical Office.

Some of Kaiserʻs Oʻahu locations also gained three new doctors. Kaiserʻs Moanalua Medical Center added vascular surgeon Selena Gross and neurosurgeon Ramesh Kumar to their staff, while dermatologist Jason Suszko joined the Honolulu Medical Office.

These six doctors add to Kaiser Permanente’s staff of over 600 health care providers in Hawaiʻi’s largest medical practice, the Hawaiʻi Permanente Medical Group. HPMG serves more than 255,000 members in Hawaiʻi.
