MNBG to Host Arbor Day 1,500 Hawaiian Tree Giveaway

Maui Nui Botanical Gardens will host its 15th Annual Arbor Day Hawaiian Tree Giveaway on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018, from 9 a.m. to noon.

The gardens, with the help of Maui Electric Company and the Kaulunani Forestry Program, will distribute 1,500 free Hawaiian trees in celebration of its 15th year.

The event will also feature Maui community organizations, free cultural activities and a Native Hawaiian plant sale.

Parking and admission are free.

Maui Nui Botanical Gardens is located at 150 Kanaloa Avenue in Kahului, across from the War Memorial Stadium.
