Maui Humane Society is seeking short-term foster homes for dogs while the organization’s kennels are being renovated.
Construction began on Monday, Jan. 28, 2019, and is slated for completion on February 21.
Humane society executives say shelter space is extremely limited and kennels are getting uncomfortably crowded.
Individuals or families interested in providing foster care are invited to visit the shelter between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. All supplies will be provided.
