Utility Pole Replacement on Hansen Road, Feb. 20

Maui Electric will be replacing a utility pole along Hansen Road between Hāna Highway and Pūlehu Road on Wednesday, Feb. 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The work was initially scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 13 but has since been rescheduled.
Safe completion of the work will require a road closure on Hansen Road. During this time, traffic will be diverted through Hoʻokele Street and Pūlehu Road.
Motorists should expect traffic delays in these immediate areas. Electrical service is not expected to be impacted.
