The Maui County Department of Transportation will hold a “pop-up” event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, April 1, at the Queen Ka’ahumanu Center terminus.
“We will be handing out surveys and answering riders’ questions,” said department Director Marc Takamori. “We’re striving to improve our customer service and increase ridership, so this is a great opportunity to get feedback from our riders.”
“Mahalo to Queen Ka’ahumanu Center for providing us space for this event,” he said.
The department’s mission is to facilitate the rapid, safe and economical movement of people and goods in Maui County. The Maui Bus has approximately 2 million boardings annually on 14 different routes on the island.
