Manpower Shortage Affects Trash Pickup in Kula

Manpower shortage Kula.
Due to a personnel shortage, a scheduled refuse route today in the Kula area has been rescheduled to Saturday, June 1, 2019.
The announcement was made by the Maui County Department of Environmental Management.
Affected areas include: the Kula Kai and Kula Manu subdivisions; Upper and Lower Kimo drives; Waokele Place; Pūlehu, Ōmaʻopio, Lower Kula, Holopuni and Piliwale roads; and all surrounding streets and roads.
Department representatives apologized for the inconvenience and thanked the community in advance for their understanding and cooperation.
