Ask The Mayor: When Will Road Work in Kahului End?

Maui County Mayor Michael Victorino answers some of the most-asked questions submitted to his staff.

Q: When will the construction in the area of Kuihelani Highway, Dairy Road, Maui Veterans Highway and Puʻunēnē Avenue be completed?

A:  The project is anticipated to be completed by the end of July, according to the state Department of Transportation. There will be various closures throughout the remainder of the construction period, which will be posted on department’s weekly lane closure notice.
