Trash Pickups Missed in Makawao and Pukalani

Due to a staffing shortage, a scheduled refuse route in the Pukalani area for today has been rescheduled for tomorrow, the Maui County Department of Environmental Management announced.
The affected areas include Makawao Avenue, Kealaloa Avenue, Makawao Ranch Acres, Olinda Road, Baldwin Avenue, Ukiu Road, Key Road, Miner Road, Aala Place, Brewer Road, and all surrounding streets and roads.
The department apologized for the inconvenience and asks for the community’s understanding and cooperation.
