Maui Economic Opportunity’s business planning course now has twenty new alumni.
The organization held its Core Four Bankers Graduation Luncheon on Aug. 14, where the soon-to-be entrepreneurs received feedback on their business plans from local commercial bankers as well as representatives from the Maui County Business Resource Center and the UHMC Food Innovation Center.
MEO BDC’s Core Four Planning program is a 36-hour course that aims to teach trainees how to start, operate, and expand a successful business in Maui County.
The next six-course series will begin in September.
