Dozens of Vehicles on Fire Spreads to Brush in Wailuku

Maui Fire officials put out about a dozen vehicle fires along with a brush fire overnight in Wailuku.

The fire call came in at 10:57 p.m. near Piʻihana Road and Neki Place. When fire fighters got to the scene they found about a dozen abandoned vehicles on fire along with some brush.

The fire was declared extinguished at 1:24 a.m. The cause of the fire is undetermined.
