Comedy Show to Discuss how to Prevent Falls Among Seniors

Monday is National Fall Awareness Day.

In honor of the occasion, physical therapist and local comedian Ted Anderson will present a “funny and accessible” talk on minimizing the risk of falls among seniors.

Anderson is the owner of Venture Physical Therapy, which provides in-home therapy to clients throughout Maui.

During the talk, Anderson will discuss how to understand balance, falls, and how to decrease falls.

The talk will be held at 5 p.m. tomorrow at the ProArts Playhouse in Kīhei. 

Tickets cost $10 and event proceeds will support the Playhouse.
