Here is a list of events happening this weekend:
Walk to end Alzheimerʻs: Saturday, Oct. 26 from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Keōpūolani Park
- Registration: 7 a.m.
- Walk: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- The event will include entertainment and several giveaways, including two free roundtrip tickets on Alaska Airlines.

Maui Humane Society HOWL-oween trick or treating: Saturday, Oct. 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Maui Humane Society
- The public is invited to put on a costume and pass out treats to shelter animals.
- Animals will be dressed up and ready for adoptions.
- Those who cannot attend can send treats through the humane society’s Amazon wish list.
Maui Comic Con: Saturday, Oct. 26 to Sunday, Oct. 27 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the University of Hawai’i Maui College
- The event will feature local artists and special guests.
- Attendees can also participate in keiki and adult cosplay competitions.
