A large-scale impound from a single home, resulted in 23 dogs coming into the Maui Humane Society shelter in the past two weeks.
The recent enforcement in addition to stray and surrendered dogs that continue to arrive daily, has prompted an urgent request from the organization for short-term foster homes.
Maui Humane Society will provide all supplies and information needed to become a foster and there is no special training.
For more information, email [email protected] or call (808) 877-3680 ext. 3; or visit the shelter any day between 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
