Mahjong at Wo Hing Museum in Lahaina

The Wo Hing Museum and Cookhouse on Front Street in Lahaina hosts free Mahjong games every second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 10 a.m. to noon.

Experienced and beginner players are welcome and instruction and game sets will be provided.

Mahjong is an ancient Chinese game believed to have been developed during the Qing Dynasty (1644 – 1912). Today, the game is often played on a computer.

Games at the Wo Hing Museum are played with traditional tiles under the shade of the starfruit tree.
