Alaska Airlines Extends $99 Hawai‘i Sale to “March-Forward Sale”

Alaska Airlines’s $99 Hawai‘i sale (which was scheduled to end last night) has evolved into The March-Forward Sale.
It’s basically the same $99/way fares on Tuesday/Wednesday flights that were offered earlier this week, on mostly all of the airline’s routes between Hawai‘i and the West Coast, but the booking date has been extended to Saturday, March 7. The travel window is now March 19 to May 20, 2020 (it was previously April 21 to May 20, so it has been expanded it to include March, as well).
“We hope the combination of these great fares and our ‘Peace of Mind’ policy will help those who want to travel this spring but are concerned their plans may change,” said an airline spokesperson.
March-Forward Sale:
Alaska Airlines is offering flexible travel options for new ticket purchases between Feb. 27 and March 31, 2020, for travel through Feb. 28, 2021.
- Change or cancel your ticket and deposit the funds into My Account with no fee.
- A fare difference may apply to your new itinerary.
- Normal fees apply to tickets purchased prior to Feb. 27, 2020.
The fares are available via the company’s website at alaskaair.com.
The airline is also offering a “peace of mind waiver” for new ticket purchases for guests who later decide not to travel because of concerns related to the coronavirus.
