These guidelines have been incorporated into our normal, business hours of operation for the Records Section,” according to a police press release.
Firearms registration, permitting and fingerprinting will be conducted Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be on a first come first serve basis.
Temporary Restraining Orders (TRO’s) can be dropped off Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. If it is before or after that time or on the weekend, the TRO can be dropped off at the Maui Police Department’s Receiving Desk.
