Maui Projects Pending Planning Commission Review Now Available for Viewing Online

The Planning Department has launched a web page for public review of project applications pending planning commission review.

Current applications pending reviewing include the following:

• Pūlehu Solar Project,
• Hawaiian Cement Facility Relocation at Kahului Harbor,
• Maui Coast Hotel Expansion,
• Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa Improvements,
• Pulelehua Mixed Use Development (Doc. 1) (Doc. 2), and
• Molokaʻi Ag Shed

From the Pending Applications page, the public can see complete applications in community plan areas. Each area has a list of project applications available for review. The page is updated regularly.

The projects are pending planning commission action.

Commission agendas are posted online with information on meeting dates and instructions for providing public comment and listening to digital meetings.
