Kaunoa Senior Services Offers Online Classes via Zoom in May

The Department of Housing and Human Concerns’ Kaunoa Senior Services division is offering a variety of online classes via Zoom in May for seniors 55 years old and older. Signed waivers are required for exercise classes.

Classes include:

  • Stretching at 9 a.m. on Tuesdays
  • Yoga at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesdays
  • Interval Training at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays
  • Weights and Bands at 11 a.m. on Wednesdays
  • Calligraphy at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesdays
  • Low-Impact Aerobics at 9 a.m. on Thursdays
  • Short Yang Tai Chi at 1:30 p.m. on Thursdays (experience required)
  • Zumba at 11 a.m. on Fridays
  • Sewing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 4
  • Sakura (Cherry Blossoms) Craft Projects at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 4
  • Revocable Living Trusts at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 6
  • Crochet at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 11
  • Introduction to Apple Watch at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 11 or May 18
  • Retiring with Resiliency at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 13
  • Knock Out Gout at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 20
