The Maui Police Department is seeking the public’s help with any information on the whereabouts of 38-year-old Matthew Cuadro, who was reported missing by his family after he failed to return home on Monday night, Oct. 11, 2021.

Police say he was last seen leaving work in Kahului on Monday, Oct. 11, 2021, at about 10:30 a.m.

Cuadro operates a 2014 black Toyota Tacoma pickup with Hawaiʻi License plate # LGY-709.

Cuardo is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs about 190 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He has a flower tattoo on his right forearm. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a denim long sleeve shirt.

Police say Cuadro may be in the Kahului or Kīhei areas.

Anyone with information on Cuadro’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Maui Police Department’s non-emergency number 808-244-6400; or if it’s an emergency, dial 911.
