Maui ʻohana resource and job fair set for Oct. 12 in Kaʻanapali

The Hawaiʻi State Department of Education is hosting the Maui ʻOhana Resource Fair on Oct. 12 at the West Maui Resort & Spa in Kaʻanapali.

The event, which also includes a job fair, will run from 2 to 5 p.m. with free parking at Whalers Village.

The fair is family-friendly with activities, entertainment and access to school and student resources. There will be distribution of donated Uniqlo clothing, backpacks, books and more.

Da Braddahs, Louise Alborano and magicians John Hirokawa and Alan Arita will perform.
