Due to an outpouring of community support and interest, Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea is extending Love for Lahaina, the sold-out series of culinary pop-up events created to benefit and directly support the hospitality industry and farmers across the island into November 2023.

Adding three more events to the schedule, the pop-up dinners take place every Sunday where diners can enjoy signature dishes from celebrated Lahaina restaurants and beloved chefs as they simultaneously give back to those who have been directly impacted by the recent wildfires on the island’s west side.

Available every Sunday from 5-9 p.m. between Nov. 5 – 19, 2023, each culinary pop-up features a three-course prix fixe family-style menu for USD 95++ per person, including a glass of Champagne compliments of Love for Lahaina sponsor, Champagne Laurent-Perrier.

The additions to the line-up of culinary events as part of the Resort’s Love for Lahaina series includes:

An authentic Italian restaurant that was nestled in Lahaina, Sale Pepe defines itself as one part Milan, one part Brooklyn, and all Maui. Known for Chef Michele’s hand-crafted pastas and artisanal pizzas, which highlight fresh, local ingredients, Sale Pepe’s fun, social atmosphere always promised an authentic, warm, and satisfying experience.

A local-Chinese fusion with a playful nod to the popular local expression “Da Kine,” Duckine featured a duck-centric menu full of edge, unique flair, and flavor. Focusing on food, family, and fusing local culture with Chinese cuisine, the menu crafted by the talented Executive Chef and owner Alvin Savella (aka “The Kitchen Assassin”) is inspired and innovative.

The final restaurant honored in the Love for Lahaina pop-up series is Honu Oceanside, a West Side restaurant known for prime ocean views, where locals would treat themselves and visitors would indulge in a culinary adventure featuring fresh local ingredients. Honu will bring its positive vibes and aloha to Four Seasons Resort Maui, creating a culinary experience to remember.

Space is limited, and reservations are highly recommended to secure seats. Call (808) 874-8000 or book online.

On Saturday, Dec. 23, 2023, the Resort will also be hosting a Festive ‘Love for Lāhainā’ grand tasting event on the Resort’s Oceanfront Lawn overlooking the Pacific Ocean and islands beyond, welcoming back notable local restaurants and chefs who have previously participated in the fall series for a holiday celebration to close out the year. More details will be released in the coming weeks.
