Maui United Way has partnered with federal and state agencies to present a grant workshop series to local nonprofits, grassroots organizations and public/governmental employees to increase success when writing grants to help the people of Maui County.

The free, online and in-person grant workshop series covers everything from a basic primer on grant writing to more detailed information on writing specific grants for foundations and the federal government, along with grant management after funding has been awarded.

“Whether you are new to grants or want a refresher, we encourage nonprofits, grassroots organizations, private businesses, individuals interested in grant writing to attend. Folks can sign up for one session or all of them, and they are all free,” said Jeeyun Lee, director of Impact at Maui United Way.
