18th Annual Celebration of Fathers and Families set for June 7 at Cameron Center

Maui Family Support Services Inc. will host its 18th Annual Celebration of Fathers & Families on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Cameron Center Courtyard in Wailuku. The free public event recognizes the vital role of fathers and the importance of strong family connections in raising healthy keiki.

“We want families to walk away knowing they are valued and supported,” said MFSS CEO Edeluisa Baguio-Larena. “This event brings together resources, fun and heart to uplift our community.”

The celebration will feature hands-on keiki crafts, games and activities geared toward ages 0-8, live entertainment and cultural performances, prize giveaways and free delectable provisions.

Attendees will also see a special presentation by the State Commission on Fatherhood, including the Maui Father of the Year, a mayoral proclamation and over 30 informational booths offering family-centered services.

The more than 30 organizations include:

  • Keiki O Ka Aina;
  • Malama I Ke Ola Health Center;
  • Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies;
  • Mental Health America of Hawaiʻi;
  • PATCH;
  • Kamehameha Schools; and many others.

No registration is required to attend. Families are invited to come as they are and enjoy a morning of community connection and celebration.
