Pacific Permanente Group has welcomed Dr. Mark L. Rosenblatt, a board-certified gastroenterologist with expertise in interventional endoscopy, to its growing multispecialty team at Maui Memorial Medical Center.

With over two decades of experience in therapeutic endoscopy, Rosenblatt will help meet increasing demand for inpatient digestive health services across the island.

“It’s been incredibly rewarding to join Pacific Permanente Group and start caring for patients here on Maui,” Rosenblatt said. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring my experience in advanced endoscopy to a place that feels both welcoming and committed to clinical excellence. I look forward to continuing to serve this community and helping expand access to high-quality specialty care on the Valley Isle.”

Rosenblatt specializes in advanced, minimally invasive procedures for diagnosing and treating digestive disorders, including endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), procedures for bile duct and pancreatic conditions (ERCP) and removal of abnormal growths in the gastrointestinal tract. He also offers nonsurgical treatment for acid reflux using the TIF (transoral incisionless fundoplication) technique.

Before relocating to Maui, Rosenblatt served as Chief of Therapeutic Endoscopy at UCHealth Gastroenterology in Longmont, Colo. He has also held leadership roles with Banner Health and Boulder Medical Center, and previously served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Loyola University Medical Center in Illinois.

Rosenblatt completed fellowship training in gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and in therapeutic endoscopy at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Wisconsin. He earned his medical degree from Tel Aviv University and completed residency training through Mount Sinai Hospital in New York and Yale-affiliated Greenwich Hospital in Connecticut. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in gastroenterology and is a Fellow of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (FASGE).
