The Maui County Department of Fire and Public Safety is seeking community input as a part of our Community Risk and Preparedness Initiative. This process helps create a data-driven foundation to help guide future planning, improve emergency response, and enhance community resilience across Maui.

The initial phase is an online survey to identify hazards in Maui County. The survey only takes a few minutes and is intended for both Maui residents and businesses in Maui County. A QR code link is available on the Department’s social media sites.

The survey will be followed by community feedback meetings to allow further public participation. These sessions provide an opportunity to share insights, discuss findings, and ensure community voices are reflected throughout the process.

This project is being conducted by FACETS Consulting in partnership with the Maui County Department of Fire and Public Safety.
