Aloha Fridays at Kapalua returns Aug. 28 with live music and local food vendors

Aloha Fridays at Kapalua, the quarterly community gathering hosted by Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc., returns on Friday, Aug. 28, 2026, from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Barn in Kapalua. The free, family-friendly event brings together live music, local food vendors, residents and visitors for an evening celebrating community and the creative spirit of West Maui.

The evening will feature a full lineup of live music and hula, including Nā Pua O Kapi‘olani Hula Studio, Kumu Hula Kathy Ho‘okaumoku Balar, Ka Papa Hula O Lahainaluna, Kumu Eva Palakiko, Josh Kahula & Dani Girl and Mele Pono featuring ʻOhana Akima. 

“Aloha Fridays at Kapalua is about celebrating the local businesses and musicians who help make West Maui vibrant and creating a welcoming space for local families and visitors to discover something new, spend time together and experience the best of what our community has to offer,” said Oralani Koa, Director of Cultural and Community Engagement for Maui Land & Pineapple Company.

Guests can also shop and enjoy offerings from more than a dozen local makers and vendors including, ‘Awa Delites, Dirty Dragon Soda, Fiyah Foods, HI Darling Shop, Honi Designs Hawaii, Jyla Rose Co., Noelani Designs, ‘Ono Loa Grindz, Penne Pasta, Plant Gypsesa, Pueo Mana Designs, Subinonos Bakery and Viki’s Cominda Mexicana.
